SoLo Support Terms

Our Relationship with SoLoVision. SoLo Support is a SoLoVision LLC product and is governed by the master SoLoVision Terms of Service plus this app-specific addendum.

Authorized Use

Use SoLo Support only for systems you own, administer, or have explicit permission to support. Technicians must respect visible consent banners, tenant policies, and unattended access approvals.

Tenant Responsibilities

Workspace owners are responsible for inviting authorized technicians, maintaining accurate customer records, configuring retention settings, and removing access for users or devices that no longer need support.

Restricted Activity

Do not use SoLo Support to bypass device owner consent, access unrelated systems, exfiltrate data, hide monitoring, or perform unlawful surveillance.
